About us
Instituto Paola was born from the love and dedication of Paola’s parents, Daniele Fernandes and Dr. Júlio Cesar.
Paola, a bright and joyful young girl, was diagnosed with White-Sutton Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects neurological development. Inspired by the transformative impact that comprehensive and compassionate care had on their daughter’s life, her parents decided to share this experience with other families by creating a place where children could receive specialized, human-centered support.
Located in Itajobi, São Paulo, Instituto Paola is dedicated exclusively to providing free therapeutic care for low-income children between the ages of 0 and 12 who experience neurodevelopmental challenges. Its mission is to offer accessible, high-quality care within the community, combining individualized attention with a multidisciplinary approach.
At Instituto Paola, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive with dignity. Through our work, we seek to expand access to essential therapies and support services, prioritizing families in greatest need and helping build a more inclusive future for children and their communities.
More Therapy, More Progress
At Instituto Paola, every child receives personalized therapeutic care tailored to their individual developmental needs.
